Gwadar GDA Corruptions

Let me introduce my self My name is Akhtar Rao, belongs from Punjab and investors in Pakistan, Dubai, U.K., Canada, and Malaysia. I have list of Friends worldwide who trust me and join me to invest in any profitable business, real estate, automobiles, electronic machines, food items. The approx group investment of our friends and families friends with in group is never the less to compare with any Saudi-Indian-American investors around the world.

Simply, we all are by heart attached with Pakistan due to Pakistan is our mother land.  And its also true that we always have sympathy vote for Pakistan When ever Pakistan faces economical crisis.

We the members of our group always dealt to input dollars in Pakistan through remitted and other sources to support pak rupees inflections.

Now in this current situation, we the members of group in a meeting aimed to find the proper solutions regarding regular defaults and for which we work hard to find what are the steps through which Pakistan will back to its development tracks.

We find Gwadar the place were it will be a hope of future generation of Pakistan to revive the life in better in their own country. But there are lot of problems which we search and with proof we found the steps need by government of Pakistan to take early as possible in Gwadar case.

Gwadar is the future economical hub. No one deny but the activities in Gwadar Development Authority are the main source due to which the Gwadar is not progress as much as it can be.

The authorities found in Gwadar Development Authorities are anti Chain-is as well as anti Punjab. Let me give you the proof of it. Gwadar Development Authority is been formed to regulate the Gwadar Private Housing Scheme in one hand and in other hand to complete infrastructure with linking roads, and utilities in other hand.

In both GDA present authorities are fail. Due to its illegal personal benefits of each GDA Authority persons. Each from bottom down to upward Director are corrupt. Getting lot of money from black mailing through suspending NOC or issuing new NOC. The formalities starts from land buying from patwari corruption to tehsildar, then GDA patwari associates with Land Mafia Real Estate agents and Baluchi Kabza Group and After NOC from Road, Electric, Water board Department Through out Development work. All of the system surviving in Gwadar is Corrupt, and also from Tender Through Commission in infrastructure development through contractor. Each of them are earning lot of money through back doors.

While from peon to Director have own cars and four wheelers, Own have lush luxury house in their home town, and millions of rupees in Bank Accounts. NO NAB or other agencies are watch dog on them.

If Government of Pakistan take effective steps and remove all the employees from peon to Director the highest level then it is possible that 90% complaints will be removed from the GDA sides. But it is very difficult for PPP Government, Because all of the employees have politically sympathy with BLA and BNP.

They all also feel that outsiders are capturing the land of Baluchistan. They take full advantage to sabtaj the Gwadar Development in side in Gwadar Development Authority. Looting back door money from the alottee through Builders and Developers, Because all the Builders and Developers are their to earn profit and the GDA is white elephant in term of back door earning.

I also mention here that any illegal work can be done, money can buy any thing in GDA.  If this is the profiles of Director General till Peon then how any one can image Gwadar Development so it is time to first remove all the present managers and staffs of GDA. All of them are money makers.

Government of Pakistan wish to make hub of Economic development to Gwadar than it is need of the day.  My Cousin own 100 acars lands in Gwadar and wish to get NOC from GDA which was asked to pay 50000 per acar extra excluding NOC fees 20000 per acar.  I was surprised i talk to the higher authorities and complain about it but lot of objections was raised and my cousin drop idea of NOC for new housing scheme he bought old housing scheme and owned in half rates.

While their is a system of registration of all allotees of the all schemes, for which a 5000 plus under table 5000 is necessary to pay to get atteched allotment order.  No body is their to take any action against them.

No Doubt Gwadar is future of Pakistan. But this reality will be acheived when some one get active role in look after the affairs of Gadar Development Authority,  I think Army is the best who can manage and Develop Gwadar Port as well as Infrastructure as well as Gwadar Developments through New Setup in Gwadar Development Authority.

Gwadar Land Mafia Headed by Gwadar Development Authority:

In Gwadar real estate sector, about 200 housing, commercial and industrial projects were approved, in which about 800000 people invest for future benefits. Most of the NOC issued by GDA with Marking B that means this project is outside Gwadar Master Plan and GDA is not responsible for its infrasturture development. Questions is how many people arround Pakistan and in the world knows that These all marked with “B” are outside Gwadar Master Plan and there is no future before 25 to 50 years…. Why GDA issued NOC to these Private Housing Schemes? And why NO one questions about it in GDA that why they do so ? The only Answer is that the OFFICIALS OF GDA earns in person allot they all are now millioners with the back door partnership to make fool to investors? Now about billions of rupees have stuck in these projects and in current circumstances nothing can be predict. In this scenario only way for all these investors is to address and protest before all forums for their legal rights from single platform as per law.

But their is NO LAW to challange the GWADAR DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY as per the rules and regulations of 2004. And they are safe through their FAKE  RULES N REGULATIONS which is burden for Allotees as well as the Builders and Promotors……    GDA is totally a fail Authority full of Corrupt Authority.

Gwadar is neglected now days after launching huge campaign by the government of Pakistan and for the development of infrastructure in Gwadar billions of rupees from the treasure and foreign aid have been spent. Many projects have been approved in residential, industrial and commercial areas outside the master plan of Gwadar, Owners and promotors of Gwadar Private Schemes are safe as they had given loot of money to the Directors of Town Planning, Roads, and others, And the GDA Own work is very low that there is no possiblities of any sign of development in B marked schemes…. and after the delay of  the Port will be operative in march 2007, But till yet the port is still not activiated.

Government Promises that the Economic and Industrial Activities will be boost till december 2008 but it has been found that no serious steps have been taken, The GDA Officials also not interested to complete its insfrasturcture work early.. to continue to earn from under table money from black mailing the builders and promotors through cancellation of NOC or not issuing NEW NOC.

The few private schemes builders and developers are keen and waiting for the succuessful opertion of economic activities in gwadar. Till yet the infrastructure by government is still missing. While Pressure is building from Gawadar Development Authority to complete development work in schemes are out of questions as the infra sturcture work is still missing which is the responsibilities of GDA. Only those private schemes which are out side gwadar master plan earns allot from their alloties and the GDA received under table shares from all Mark B schemes which have no future before 25 years and these private schemes which has not yet been started on ground even the expiration of development period announced by the government and allowed by the GDA in government & private sectors. In these housing, industrial & commercial projects billions of rupees have been invested from all over the Pakistan and abroad by the people who were trapped through attractive slogans.

Many of our valuable investors who purchased land in Gwadar are in serious trouble due to:

· Wrong policies of Government.

Corruption in Gwadar Development Authority

· Down fall in real estate.

· No remedy available for a single investor.

DAWN STORY ON 26TH JUNE 2007 Gwadar Fake schemes

All these fake schemes was aware by the GDA authorities and they get their shares……. After the build of presure they hands off…. True story…. is still missing… In all the above schemes under table arrangement was already made between declared fake scheme owners and the GDA Planning and Development authority… And at the time during advertisement in news papers and TV commercial Adveristment…. watch GDA was complete silent…… Why?

Still all the NOC issued to All the Housing Schemes marked with B are also FAKE…. outside Gwadar Master Plan…. A big Game is still active in GDA  …. The recource center for earning back door income from Director level to Peon Level all of them are corrupt…..

ACCORDING to a news item (May 30), the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) warned the public against making investment in 18 private housing schemes, which have been declared `fake’. The warning is stated to have been issued by NAB’s awareness and preventive division.

The report further stated that the Gwadar Development Authority (GDA) had also announced that the 18 housing schemes had been operating ‘illegally’ without obtaining an NOC.

It is, however, stated that the warning was a belated step because most of the schemes had been launched two to three years ago. Obviously many investors must have invested in these ‘fake’ schemes during these two to three years.

As it appears, the sponsors (of the schemes) have formed a nexus with the bureaucracy to fleece people by launching an advertisement campaign in the media. If it is not so, how much time the GDA or NAB needs to verify that the scheme is `fake’ or otherwise? Hardly two to three days (not two to three years). The agencies concerned should warn the public against investment in ‘fake’ schemes immediately upon its advertisement in the media.
